Construction Update (5/28/2015)

The following activity will be occurring on I-5 during the next two weeks. Expect single and double lane, shoulder, and ramp closures on I-5 Monday night through Saturday morning for site preparation, survey and drilling work for the new signs. Work will be between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., unless noted otherwise. ODOT is partnering with law enforcement for extra presence in the highway construction zone.

I-5 SB between N Lombard and east end of Marquam Bridge

  • Shoulder and single right lane closures
    I-5 SB between N Lombard and east end of Marquam Bridge

    I-5 SB Greeley Ave on-ramp

    • Ramp and right lane closure
      I-5 SB Greeley Ave on-ramp

      I-84 WB to I-5 SB on-ramp

      • Single lane closure on I-84 WB to I-5 SB on-ramp
      • I-5 SB right lane closure in this area
      • Work between 10 p.m. - 5 a.m
        I-84 WB to I-5 SB on-ramp

        I-5 NB, between west end of Marquam Bridge and N Lombard

        • Single lane closures
          I-5 NB, between west end of Marquam Bridge and N Lombard

          Entire Project Area

          • Shoulder closures for temporary sign and detour installation
            Entire Project Area

            Related work

            Temporary ramp and single lane closures on I-5 NB and SB, between I-84 and N Lombard for pavement striping. This work begins Wed, May 27 and will last for two weeks, 7 days a week, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
