Construction Update (10/30/2015)

ODOT is partnering with law enforcement for extra presence in the construction zone.

FULL CLOSURE: I-5 SB between the Fremont Bridge and Marquam Bridge

  • Saturday, Nov. 2 to Sunday, Nov. 8
  • Work occurs on weekdays 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and weekends 10 p.m. to 11 a.m.
  • No access to southbound I-5 after the I-84 exit; travelers will be detoured to southbound I-405.
  • Double lane closures (between Marquam and Fremont Bridge) Monday-Friday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (7 a.m. on Saturday).

FULL CLOSURE: I-5 BOTH DIRECTIONS between the Fremont Bridge and Marquam Bridge

  • Thursday, Nov. 5
  • Closure will be between 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • All west and eastbound travelers will be detoured to southbound I-405 then northbound I-5
  • Westbound I-84 travelers will be detoured to southbound I-5. The following ramps will be closed at this time:
    • N Greeley on-ramp to southbound I-5
    • I-405 on-ramp to southbound I-5

I-5 NB between I-84 and N Lombard

  • Double lane and shoulder closures
  • Monday, Nov. 2 – Friday, Nov. 6
  • Closures will occur between 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (7 a.m. on Saturday)

I-405 BOTH DIRECTIONS: I-405 Fremont Bridge

  • Lane and shoulder closures in both directions
  • Monday, Nov. 2 – Friday, Nov. 6
  • Closures will occur between 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Periodic ramp closure from southbound I-405 to southbound I-5 Monday-Friday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
